Cancellation & Refund Policy
Booking & Payments
Safety is our top priority. Trips may be canceled by the captain or rescheduled due to unsafe weather or unforeseen mechanical issues at the captain’s discretion. If the captain cancels the trip, customers may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of payments made.
Customer cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled trip to receive a refund or rescheduling option. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit or full payment.
All charter bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Captain Vinny. Deposits or full payment will be required to secure a reservation.
How the Booking Process Works
Request Your Trip: Customers can book by contacting us via call, text message, or through our website. Please include your preferred date, trip type, and number of guests.
